This is not an investment but a sale amounting to $15 bn..and the money may not even touch Indian shores. It may go to some offshore reliance account. And ambani may use it to clear reliance debt which is staggering $32 Billion or may be not. Morover it binds reliance and India to purchase 500K barrels per day from aramco alone just for this refinery.
