Saudi Arabia threatens to go nuclear 'in weeks' if Iran gets bomb

A leader of sect A goes to a religious gathering where there is also leader of sect B.

Leader of sect A: takes of his shoes and locks them.

Leader of sect B: Seeing this he says why are you locking your shoes.

Leader of sect A: During the time of the Prophet people of sect B used to steal shoes.

Leader of sect B: During the prophet's time there was no sect B so how come they could do this act.

Leader of sect A: So you agree that there was no sect B or any sect existing during the prophet's time, then, from where did you emerge?

Sect A = Sunnis, Sect B any other sect.

:D

stop ur stupid jokes

cz even sunis were nt there when Prophet was alive....all were muslims...:D

As per the ayatullah, do opposite of what the sunnis do even if you have to go against the religion. And this is what they are doing.

The whole sect follows books of "scholars" and their insane fatwas which have messed the religion completely.

Whatever Ayatollah said I didn't listen but Iran is much more tolerant and progressive country when compared to Saudi Arabia.

they can not even build a simple Cartridge!and now they are talking about atomic bomb!
why you guys wanne compare yourselves with us?
nice joke!

So true... these lazy Saudis, everything imported from the outside, all their workers from outside, all they are good for is spending money on stupid things and getting fat, there is no comparisons between these idiots and persians.

I would advise both Arab and Iranian members to ignore the repeated attempts by some people to start a Shia/Sunni religious war in this thread.

Back on topic, wouldn't it be wonderful if the Saudis and Iranians had an "arrangement" behind the scenes and were using the mutual threat only to acquire technology?

The 3 islands of UAE.
The 3 islands of UAE?WoW you are a complete joke.
Iran has owned the islands thousands of years before UAE became a country. You are the new one in region.respect old players.
If you really want the islands, why don't you attack Iran and take them? You are buying billions of advanced stuff every year from US.

Oh, thank you for bringing some sanity back to this thread. It would certainly be wonderful if what you suggested did occur, but it still seems quite disturbing that the Saudi "king" has to follow "Persian" independent policy of ignoring American diktats to advanced his ownuclear programme. Could not the Saudi "king" also have advanced his own nuclear programme by ignoring any American orders?

I doubt it very much, the Arab-Persian rivalry is too great for them to sit together and agree on a deal.
The Saudi's seemed to be counting on our bomb as their asset, but AQ khan tried playing both sides.

Not all Arab societies and countries are alike. Saudi "kings" do not even represent all Saudis. How can you judge all Arabs by these "kings" words?

Because a wise Arab centuries ago told this:

'"Thus the founders of grammar were Sibawaih and after him, al-Farisi and Az-Zajjaj. All of them were of Persian descent…they invented rules of (Arabic) grammar…great jurists were Persians… only the Persians engaged in the task of preserving knowledge and writing systematic scholarly works. Thus the truth of the statement of the prophet becomes apparent, 'If learning were suspended in the highest parts of heaven the Persians would attain it"…The intellectual sciences were also the preserve of the Persians, left alone by the Arabs, who did not cultivate them…as was the case with all crafts…This situation continued in the cities as long as the Persians and Persian countries, Iraq, Khorasan and Transoxiana (modern Central Asia), retained their sedentary culture.''

''The Arabs dominate only of the plains, because they are, by their savage nature, people of pillage and corruption. They pillage everything that they can take without fighting or taking risks, then flee to their refuge in the wilderness, and do not stand and do battle unless in self-defense. So when they encounter any difficulty or obstacle, they leave it alone and look for easier prey. And tribes well-fortified against them on the slopes of the hills escape their corruption and destruction, because they prefer not to climb hills, nor expend effort, nor take risks.''

- Ibn Khaldun.

Saudi Arabia is no position to threaten anything, it just takes the USA and Israel 7 hours to invade Saudi Arabia if it ever wants to go nuclear  Do you remember Saddam? The same can happen to Saudi Arabia :P

fools fighting with each other , they both (Iran ,Saudi Arabia) benefiting US and Israel . their fights will weaken them and they will become a soft target for others

Prividing supply lines to invade afghanistan is not helping US.
