EU gets traditionally only around 7% from Saudi Arabia and on average around 17% from the Gulf countries. And iirc Americans are steadily reducing imports too.

Well,
It depends what country your talking about in the EU, each state has her own gas prices rates, so does gas stations and so on.
Most of this will be spread to Asia.
