Nope, those are members of the national Palestinian police force. Israel behaves like a terrorist gang which occupies Palestine through brute force. This conflict is about an immoral occupation, don't try leaving the context out of it. Even when we go into small details, Israel was responsible for the escalation in violence in 2008 which lead to the pre planned massacre against Gaza.
