KSA and China seems to have some issue on oil refinery location. Something is going wrong between KSA and China regard to this project and Pakistani govt is totally silent.

So is SA investing in Pakistan?

This sign MOU and left. MOU means nothing, already predicated . But, something on Chinese end. They are totally dominating CPEC project and no space for anyone. Pak should provide land for refinery near Karach port to KSA.
