If u were studying some history in school instead swallowing Khamenaist propaganda u would know that Brits supported Hashemite kingdom of Hejaz and Saudis captured it in opposite to the will of Brits.

The hashmite were gunning for one big arab(some kinda khilafah state) which was a threat to western interest ...the british had promised hashmite that but like always britain cunningly played smart move on them and made deal with sauds because sauds were ready for many many tiny tiny arab kingdoms . Hashmite did get Jordan from britain though!
