Oh the childhood days, Half of my classmates were sons of PAF officials. In those days it was easy to get into the base (residential area). We even knew few spots from where we can sneak in without going through the checkpoint and then play cricket with my class fellows.

Nowadays security is so strict you cannot get near the checkpoint itself. It is not the same Sargodha base without friends anyway.

• 2 JF17 Block IIB
• 2 Mirage
• 2 F7

If JF17 Thunders need to be the backbone still more work is needed to add more beef /numbers


Having 2 Thunders is ok but ideally need more numbers

Need to see 7-8 Thunders inline

We are currently producing 16 JF-17s every year, however, having two in the line up is interesting.
