@Asim if you leave your prejudice about India and big Indian conspericy here is why police case will work for Malik(if he did what he says).

1) Police will question Malik and he will say he was trapped and provide the email as proof.
2) Based on Malik's statement Ayesha will be questioned, she cannot hide anymore and has to answer police.

Now whatever police find they will tell press, so if Malik has the email police will validate that and Ayesha is gone, if he does not have that email then Malik has to give some answers.

Filling FIR means nothing without proof so relax. Malik is relaxed too and if look Sania is taking care of him.

What's there is assume ?

Question is was he married to any girl before today ? Answer is Yes ( he himself accepting that fact)

Now he says he was never married before - that's a blatant lie hence me calling him a cheat and a fraud is not wrong.

Why does not he divorce the poor girl and married to sania .
