I'm not sure if i understood it correct!

Are you trying to say, PML-N and PPPP have a deal of regime share? which resulted in interior ministry not doing any thing with regard to terrorist attacks in within the boundaries of Punjab.... otherwise PML-N will topple the govt?

I wonder if it is the real deal or just your perception?

I think he is referring to the fact that the PPP government is extremely unpopular, and if it were to take federal action in Punjab, without the request of the GoPu, then it would increase its unpopularity even further, and possibly end up being a counterproductive exercise.

Shahbaz Shareef has a say in what would happen in his province. PPP is aware of the kind of support that PML-N has and would never do anything without the consent of PML-N. It would suffer as PML-N can use it against the already unpopular ruling party.

indeed i was not even close of getting his point!

Any how i don't see federal action against terrorism in Punjab resulting in declining the popularity of PPPP! but if it is so than, this is height of selfishness and playing politics at the cost of lives of army and police and civilians.

I'm from Punjab and to be honest people hate this Sharif family.
On record Shabaz Sharif recently talking of bloody revolution and blood in peoples eyes.... was he referring to NWFP or Sindh? No he see it in the eyes of Punjabi people.

Other know fact is in vacant seat elections, federal institutions were helping PNL-N rig elections against PTI and PPPP did not even fielded candidate followed by an over night meeting and surprise surprise next vacant seat elections are won by PPPP candidate in PUNJAB!!!

LAHORE: Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has admitted that the Government of Punjab does not have the capability to confront terrorists.

Speaking to SAMAA here on Tuesday, he said the provincial government does not have the technology, nor equipment needed to deal with the issue of militancy.

His comments come a week after two suicide bombers struck a Yaum-e-Ali procession in Lahore, killing 37 mourners. SAMAA

unfortunately majority had ignored the small news after Attack on Ahmedi mosque in Lahore and Karbala Gamay Shah.
After both incident some people had caught from Raiwind madressas who had involved in attacks.
Punjab Govt has not given any further detail about this investigation.This is 100% sure that these terrorist had got logistic support from raiwind madressa.This is center of terrorist in Lahore but punjab govt. deliberately ignoring that.

No one was arrested from Raiwind. Infact, the police probe found out that some of these terrorists had stayed in Raiwind when they reached Lahore. And they didn't have any logistic support from Raiwind. And it isn't a terrorist centre. It's open to public. You may go and have a look.

Yes; Federal Government can dissolve Provincial Government.
