Vivo and Oppo are technically owned by the same parent company. Guess Oppo liked what they saw.

Those brands have got lands/factories, and appereantly they will send necessery equipments for serial production from China by using mid-trade corridor. Recently, that corridor started to get pretty active, transferred goods from Turkey to China, and appereantly now China to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey.

Apart from Huawei and now even Motorola most other Chinese smartphone brand like Xiaomi don't have much in the name of R&D division of their own and usually assemble components produced by other firms eg Screen from Samsung, Processor from Qualcomm, Camera sensor from Sony etc. Major reason why their phones cost less then Apple or Samsung is they don't spend much in R&D.

Lol. Even iphone's camera is made by Sony, soc was made by Samsung till some years ago, and probably screen is also made by LG or Samsung. Not to mention hundreds of other components.
