I use to be his biggest fan, but I am losing respect for him day by day. He accepted Rajya Sabha membership knowing fully well he is not going to be present even a single day. If at all he will go, it will be vote in favor of congress after command from madam.

Yes I am in India. Commissions are appointed by GOI and not SC.
Indian judiciary process is slow on root level. Not at top level.
SC's record is outstanding in functioning. UPA is holding the record number of slashes on their back from SC and HC too.
It is SC that take stand in most of the curuption cases so GOI has to act even slowly but act.
If SC would have been managed then there where no means to stop GOI.

Sachin Tendulkar is accepting one of the 12 seats of RS that are reserved for the people of various fields like Art music business sports ans science. The sole purpose of these seats is to bring the talented people of these fields to RS as these people are mostly unlikely to contest the elections.
So the seat is not a CONGRESS seat.
In practical most of the members selected this way never get involved in policial matters. They just make contribution if and only if matter is of their field.
So Sachin will mostly keep it too that way.
Keeping in mind Sachin's approach to personal life in past he is not going to join any party and be a active politician like Sidhu.

thats what I said that we first need people like Sachin and Sidhu who have true intentions to see the nation on high in world and then we have all the talents who may help these people get to know all the political/ economical terms which is required to get to know for a high position man. just compare Sachin and Sidhu with those local Indian politicians who know only local gundagiri and are fully corrupt and compare them with Sachin/ Sidhu? you do expect Sachin/ Sidhu at least not among these dirty politicians? and we have example of Rajiv Gandhi who was a pilot by profession and performed excellent on the international politics as Indian PM, and he was the man behind introducing computer in India?

just have a look on Rahul Gandhi, he is a fully corrupt man/ do local Cast and religion politics to get votes anyway? on the top of that, he has been a flirt who never had to have a good family while living with flirt girls and then compare this man with Sachin Tendulkar, dont you need a person who may give a good example to the society also? with true intentions to lead the nation, like how he lead India? even at the age of 37 during the last world cup when India registered victory after a long time, he was the man who scored the highest from the Indian team and was the second highest as whole, just around 20 runs short of Dilshan of Sri Lanka who scored the highest in that tournament, at the age of 38 and led India win that world cup?

on the top positions, you need the true people who are full of spirit to see the nation on top and rest we have all the talents who may guide them to get to know the politics/ economics

here we may say that Congress has got the right person to put for the position of Indian PM for the next election. we know that Sachin is a Champion sportsman and he may exceed performance of Rajiv Gandhi, who was also just a pilot by profession and then he suddenly became Indian PM. but we know that Rajiv performed excellent as an Indian PM and he was also the man who brought computer in India as he had the true intention to see his nation on the top. and here we may say, Sachin is set to exceed performance of Rajiv Gandhi, if he may be put on the position of Indian PM by Congress.

Congress is now waiting for its removal from Indian politics but now they have got Sachin Tendulkar who may save this historical party, if he is put for the post of PM from Congress for next election.
