Russia’s search for new ground in Pakistan

Exactly, so saying that russian will look for Indian emotions is bullshit. Rd93 proved that if Pakistan can afford it can get anything. For a country with 0 relations getting engines fr their jet just goes on to show that Russians will piss on Indians when it comes to serve their interests. This shows that how much Indian diplomacy has failed

How is Pakistan a loser? Looking from diplomatic point of view it has been a staggering success for Pakistan

where did say in my post russia cares for Indian emotions

how does a rd-93 engine cost ? a few million. How does Su-35 cost ? 70-100 million. I am waiting for the Su-35 order. Unless China writes a $4 billion check Su-35 deal is not happening.

Lol. We are not talking about peanuts here son !
Such a typical Indian mentality.

Look at the political effect here. Pak tried to acquire avionics from France but due to Indian pressure, we werechased out.

Russia a country with whom we had very limited cooperation, in first go we got clearance from them for jet engines! This is the triumph of pak diplomacy where Indian failed miserably to stop the deal. The issue is not the money here, but access to high tech sensitive equipment.

If we had More funds we could have gone for more stuff. But with extremely limited option and funds we gave Indian diplomats a run for their diplomacy. This is where you lot failed !

Su-30 or not, the threshold was already crossed when rd93 was supplied. Supplying engine to air force's backbone fighter jet is nota simple deal. Dynamics have shifted. You're free to deny and put your head inside sand

Claims of Indian posters aside what makes you think France refused avionics under Indian pressure ?

China probably pressured Russia for the engine sales to Pakistan
I do not see Pakistan having the ability to make the purchase on its own
How much money could Russia make on RD-93 engine sales to pakistan ?

Your post show you have not studied International relations. Strategic alignment is not a year or two thing, for example how Pakistan and China built there relationship, US was not happy with Pakistan but we went ahead and made friendship with China because it was / is in our interest.

If current change in international relations continues then it will realign the international relationship map, Pakistan can become strategic partner of Russia if both want to take benefits of each other and help each other.

India will not be able or willing to help protect Russia interest as they are inclined towards US and having strategic partnership with them. India will milk Russia in terms of TOT vis versa for Russia for money, this is not a warm strategic relationship now and may end in a decade or two max if this drift of interest continues.

Russia as an ally or a friend will be great boost for Pakistan. It is much more reliable than US.

i can name one word for Pakistan and China strategic partnership - India

there is none for Pakistan and Russia strategic partnership

It is well known fact. Indian diplomacy, and prospect of losing indian rafael and mirage upgrades

it does not cut ice. it has not prevented France from selling Agosta and Scorpene class submarines to Pakistan and India.

the truth is that avionics for jf-17 is not a big ticket purchase even for 250 JF-17s

.
that's india's speciality. the "chunakaya niti" a.k.a "kissing both side's a$$".

Why not...Russia already has ground in China, India's top enemy country....If they add Pakistan too, it should be fine..initially there will be some voices from Indian media but eventually it will settle down....If you look at India, we have good relationship with Iran and Israel...we have good relationship with Russia and US....So why can't Russia have good relationship with Pakistan? !
