It is enough for Arctic, where towns are small. You can order bigger ones - up to 325 MW.only 70 sir its too small amount of power
Turkish company (Karkey) that owns the ship guaranteed 93 per cent efficiency to provide the 231.8 MW
so it will be used in arctic only for domestic need of russia sir ? still its good effort from russian gov for people .It is enough for Arctic, where towns are small.
This one - yes. It goes to Chukotka region, town of Pevek.so it will be used in arctic only for domestic need of russia sir ? still its good effort from russian gov for people .

I bet they can have very nice wind power-planes there in those months and the rest of the year. but honesty putting a line from this hydro power plant (kolym Skaya)to the city would have been more environment friendly .Pevek ( Певе́к ) only has population of 5000, 15000 if you can count the reindeer 70MW could power a lot more that they need but the sort of place that renewables wont work, not much use for solar panels when the sun doesn't come up and I hate to think what a Siberian winter would do to wind powered generators.
Bilibino is out of service soon, in 2019-2021.I bet they can have very nice wind power-planes there in those months and the rest of the year. but honesty putting a line from this hydro power plant (kolym Skaya)to the city would have been more environment friendly .
or building the power plane on ground like any other nuclear power-plane.
also according to this map
they have a very nice nuclear power plant in the region (Bilbino)
Onur Sultan provides 470 MWonly 70 sir its too small amount of power
Turkish company (Karkey) that owns the ship guaranteed 93 per cent efficiency to provide the 231.8 MW
the difference is nuclear ship are free from outside help wile these power plant need gas or oil supply sir . but everything has own impactsOnur Sultan provides 470 MW
Yet these ships run on natural gas, nuclear power ship is a whole different level.
The whole point of the nuclear power plant is that you do not need to supply fuel. This is a huge problem in the Arctic, where there are no roads and no pipelines.the difference is nuclear ship are free from outside help wile these power plant need gas or oil supply sir . but everything has own impacts
Is it compact enuf to travel inland on waterways (river) ?The whole point of the nuclear power plant is that you do not need to supply fuel. This is a huge problem in the Arctic, where there are no roads and no pipelines.

Length - 144 meters, width - 30 meters, draft - 5.6 meters. Is it compact enuf to travel inland on waterways (river) ?
Its supposed to provide power to a city which will be there for many many years to come . it was not just more practical and cheaper to build a power plant instead of Bilibino that is going to be put out of service .Length - 144 meters, width - 30 meters, draft - 5.6 meters.
