Despite acquiring the SU30MKI's, the IAF has always primarily relied on the Mirage 2000's for doing bulk of the work. For the IAF's primary strike platform to get dominated by a completely brand new platform, that was a feat itself for the JF17's because keep in mind the platform is still new and PAF does not has the same mastery on the JF17's as it has with the F16's.

Overall, a good day for PAF and the aggressive training was there for everyone to see.

m2k for strike is ok, but for air dominance and interception is still a mystery to me, M29 would have done a better job. But than again IAF had engine spooling issues that special day. Still should have put up something......
