Our own Carrier is under construction. Therefore, I don't thing we require second Carrier from Russia. In case, need arises, I think Russia would be more than happy to sell it to US. Anyway, I don't have expertise in this matter, i'll request @Abingdonboy @sancho @Capt.Popeye @sandy_3126 to answer this for you in detail.

as far as i know,they have only 1 active carrier now
i dont think they will sell it

but considering russia is an ally,they can make a new one if India insists
but since we are making our own carrier,we wont need one from Russia

I am saying that Russian might be building one or two new ones for themselves and they are upgrading the existing carrier in which IN might be interested of buying it.

Let me know is there any possibility that IN will buy it.

If India requests it, no doubt Russia will sell. But the fact is India is not interested in buying any ACCs from abroad anymore, the IAC-1 is under construction and design work on the next class of larger and more capable CATOBAR ACCs (IAC-2 and 3) is close to completion, there's very little reason for India to look beyond its own shipyards for ACCs now...
