I am sure Pakistan will play its pieces as best as it can, but Russia will have to get past a few CAS and Afghanistan to take advantage of access to and through Pakistan. Business with Russia is likely to remain as lopsided as Pakistan with China, given the lack of competitive products that can be bought by the Russians.

The best thing that can be hoped for is access to RD-93 technology for the JF-17 plus a few other trinkets.
