Why is nobody moderating the Russian Defense Forum?

There is a lot of double posts\double threads. No one sticky important threads, etc.

I think, Vostok could be a good moderator for this section (if he want, ofc).

I'm not Russian and not much concern with Russian defence but I think @vostok will be a good moderator for this.
