Not only Iran, others countries should too
But actually aircraft isn't ready yet.
According to current plans the first fly should be in between December 2016 and February 2017. After this, at least a year of different fly tests and certification.
Anyway, some photos of PD-14. PD-14 is an optional engine for the MC-21. Trials and certification will be finished till the end of this year.

The future perspective family of heavy turbofan engines for civil and cargo jets which is under development. The biggest one supposed to have 35 tonnes trust for the future Sino-Russian wide-body airliner with
The airliner will have 250-280 seats and a range of 12,000 km.
Holding Technodinamika working at electrical ground taxiing system for the landing gear of a narrow body aircraft. The drive is a part of «all electric aircraft» concept. The use of electric drive allows aircraft to taxi without running the main engines that reduces fuel consumption by up to 4%, reduce engine maintenance cost and lower risk of engine foreign object damage while taxiing. Moreover the use of electric wheel drive allows the aircraft to pushback fully autonomously, which reduces waiting time and gate and apron congestion.

Russian aviation sector is huge and if modernized can compete against the likes of Boeing and Air Bus.

The legendary IL-76MD - probably the best cargo plane ever build, around 1000 of IL-76 were produced and operating by over 30 countries around the world. Both civil and military versions.
The IL-76MD-90A - the latest modification of IL-76. Currently in production by "Aviastar" factory.

The maximum payload has been increased up to 60 tons.
The maximum takeoff weight has been increased to reach 210 tons.
The main design features of aircraft Il-76MD-90A are as follows:
-The PS-90A-76 engines are installed;
-The new wing – long-size panels are used;
-The fuel system is modified for a new wing;
-The new “Kupol-III-76M” flight sight navigation system with a display indication is installed;
-The digital САУ-76 auto flight control system is installed;
-The КСЭИС-КН-76 aircraft status master monitor display system with 8 МФИs (multifunctional indicators) is installed to provide indication of aircraft systems parameters, those of pilot and navigation parameters and of САУ-76;
-The aircraft systems to provide installation of the PS-90A-76 engine and indication and control are modified;
-The APU TA-12A is installed
Using the state-of-the-art PS-90A-76 engines of the fourth generation makes it possible to increase significantly the operation efficiency of the aircraft due to:
-reduction of the specific fuel consumption by 12%
-flight range increase by 18%
-reduction of the direct operation costs
-possibility of aircraft operation on the aerodromes high in the mountains and at high -temperatures
-compliance of noise and emission levels with up-to-date ICAO requirements
The “glass cabin” principle has been realized in the aircraft. Eight multifunctional LC displays and three intelligent control panels have been installed in the cockpit. The glass cockpit provides for excellent view from the pilot and navigator work stations.
