So that's what that is. lol, it was all over Twitter "new mistery weapon on Russian fighter jet" to cause some kind of panic. But in reality, that is pretty heavy duty that a fighter jet can carry what essentially is a rocket and fire it to bring down a satellite. That's some serious business since not only is it pretty incredible that the thinking of warfare tactics is to disable the enemy's satellites which is rather impressive in of itself, but to be able to do it in a different form than the standard, stationary, land-based rockets off of launchers.
