I am supporter for Iranian oil and Gas for Pakistan and China via Pakistan route.

Not optimistic about this project though.

Totally disagreed there.Pakistan knows its region inside out. Just like Iran knows who is involved in their Baluchistan we know who is involved in our Baluchistan. India is one of the FEW countries invovled but is the main lead and i dont need to emphasize on this you can just do a quick google search and see what their ministers are saying on baluchistan. who gives asylum to their leaders in afghanistan , who is trying to form their overseas govt. , who runs their social media campaign and most importantly their role in the past.. Who cares when armies facing each other at borders, further even our own pipeline with Iran still pending US wont allow Pakistani politicians to do that further Iran is under US sanction and Pakistan is still US ally don't even think this could be happen.

Underwater pipeline is impossible and extremely expensive. Wait and see , if it pass through Pakistan then India will pay the royalty anyway. But, Russia is building gas line. Fee will be charge by Iran and Iran will pay back Pakistan in the form of foreign exchange or maintenance cost or price break.
