So how can we tell whether Iran has MIRVed missiles or not? or whether India--which also claims it--has them or not? I am not putting down anything..but I just don't understand how countries "verify" the claims of other nations.

By seeing videos?

What if Pakistan announces that it has fired an MIRVed weapon..how will countries verify whether Pakistan has successfully developed a high-tech MIRV technology or not? Or other facts about weapons like what is the speed of Iranian missiles..Mach 7 or Mach 15 etc.

How are these parameters verified? By using satellites? How?

MIRV is very complicated technology and needed only for nuclear warheads. Iran lacks nuclear warheads.

Ballistic missile or rocket is basically like a stone that you throw: the faster you throw it the further it flies. So if u know the range of ballistic missile then its very easy to determine its speed.

As I said suborbital launches were made by Germans in 1940-es. Germans could launch animal if they wanted but they had not resources to waste. Americans and Soviets use same German V-2 rockets to launch animals to space. So suborbital animal launch is nothing but 1940-es technology.

So while Iran is desperately copying technology of 1940-es, we build and launch sophisticated satellites:

Nope, not enough payload capacity and diameter for mounting MIRVs. Chemical warhead based MRVs (bomblets) is a possibility, but nothing beyond that.

The first source is the country's claims. If the weapon's specs and photos are released, it can be verified that the system has long enough range (therefore altitude) and a wide enough payload bus to deploy MIRVs.

The second source are the surveillance and tracking radars of other nations. Usually other nations are aware of imminent test launches so they can track the system during ascent and descent. In case of Pakistan, the launch facility is quite close to India. Also, US is in process of installing a missile tracking radar (A/N FPS-132 Block 5 Early Warning Radar) in Qatar, which will be able to track pretty much every launch from Pakistan.

Lastly, the claims of a country's official sources are considered credible enough (with the exception of North Korea & Iran). There were doubts at first about Pakistan possessing tactical nuclear weapons, but with time, it was accepted that Pakistan actually possesses this capability.

In future when Pakistan makes such a claim, it will be credible.
