Egypt is not even regional power and needs $1,5-2 billion aid from the US for modernization military
and Turkey has its own Defense Industry and develops over 600 military projects ( Turkey is better than 20+ Arab countries combined including Egypt and S.Arabia )
turkey relay on Europe to boost its industry while we start from zero, that's the difference .. by the way Egyptian military industry better than turkey.
building Abrams, T-90, Gowind, Sakr missiles etc in our factories better than operating old m-60 or old leopards in turkish army..
Egypt has no Defense Industry , Egypt produce under license old M1A1 Abrams and T-90 Tanks Gowind Corvette , in reality Egypt can not develop even Anti Tank Missile
Egypt can not develop even AESA Radar , Air Defense Missiles , Anti ship Missile , Cruise Missile for Naval platforms ....
