Yes people close to me in the military said King Abdullah personally is swinging the 90 Billion arms deal to the US as an advantage to not veto the Palestinian vote he so far has ordered the F-15 deal to be scrapped and the current C/D F-15s we have refurbished to increase their service life as of now.

We are pushing for the S-400 but the Russians are reluctant because they haven't completed the Russian military order yet for it which has always been a Russian and previously soviet policy to not sell equipment until you are full of it yourself. The Russians are trying to sell the S-300 so far but we want the S-400.

F-15 deal scrapped? When any official word on it? So more Typhoons comes into play or SU-35 would be the replacement.

I cant say about the helis but yes we can share technology and important knowledge through Saudis.

S-400 won't be exported until 2017. Considering the close relation of the U.S and Saudi, Russia would be stupid to sell such an advanced product to Saudi. Maybe Saudi will get a very downgraded export version at best.
