Remember guys, S-400 is only an upgraded S-300 PMU2 (better radars...), so it can be also called PMU-3, just marketing

China will get the export version of the S-400
That mean -> 20-40% less effective than for domestic needs

I think Iran is with its own systems on same level as S-400 (PMU-2 is already 20 years old)

We won't get Su-35 or S-400, it always belongs to the rumor.

Since our budget is also running tightly for the domestic weapons, so we don't have any extra room for the foreign purchase.

Supplying Iran with Russian S-300 missile defense systems is not a matter of the nearest future, TASS news agency quoted a Foreign Ministry official as saying Thursday.

"It is more important that a political and legal decision, which opens up such a possibility, is taken," Sergei Ryabkov, a deputy foreign minister, said according to TASS.
