كشفت معلومات مؤكدة لـ"الصباح" عن شروع الحكومة بارسال وفود متخصصة الى عدد من البلدان العالمية التي تمتلك صناعة عسكرية متطورة، بهدف اجراء تعاقدات من شأنها الاسهام بتطوير القابليات الامنية في البلاد، بالشكل الذي يمكن القوات العسكرية من القضاء على بؤر الارهاب، وردع الجماعات الاجرامية، التي مازالت تتكبد مزيدا من الخسائر في الانبار وعدد من المحافظات الاخرى، بفضل بسالة وشجاعة رجال القوات المسلحة.

ويأتي ذلك بالتزامن مع الجهود التي ما زالت تبذلها العشائر الانبارية بهدف التوصل الى حلول سلمية لاوضاع محافظتهم، والتي كان اخرها تدخل وجهاء الفلوجة لاجبار مجاميع "داعش" على فتح "سدة الفلوجة" واعادة تدفق المياه الى مناطق الوسط والجنوب.

ووسط تلك الصورة، تمكنت القوات الامنية من قتل العشرات من افراد "داعش" في الانبار وعدد من المحافظات الاخرى، بينهم المسؤول العسكري عما يسمى "مجاميع حماس العراق" المدعو "ابراهيم العيساوي" في منطقة الكرمة، وعدد اخر من الارهابيين العرب، في حين عززت القيادات الامنية مدينة الرمادي بقطعات عسكرية اضافية من اجل تطهيرها بشكل تام ونهائي.

تطوير المنظومة العسكرية

وبغية تطوير المنظومة العسكرية بالشكل الذي يمكن القوات المسلحة من دحر الارهاب بشكل سريع من شتى بقاع البلد، كشف الامين العام لمجلس الوزراء علي العلاق عن ارسال وفود لدول متعددة متخصصة بصناعة الاسلحة للتفاوض معها لعقد صفقات للشراء منها بالسرعة الممكنة.

وقال العلاق خلال حديثه لـ "الصباح" ان "وفوداً عراقية متخصصة تجري حاليا زيارات لعدد من الدول المتخصصة بتصنيع الاسلحة والمعدات العسكرية للتفاوض معها وعقد صفقات لتسليح القوات العراقية".

ولفت العلاق، الى ان الصفقات التي سيتم التعاقد بشأنها معنية بالاسلحة الضرورية والمستعجلة والقادرة على مواجهة الارهاب، مشيرا الى زيارة عدد كبير من الدول التي يجري الان التباحث معها من اجل تزويد العراق بالسلاح بالسرعة الممكنة، مؤكدا في الوقت ذاته رصد المبالغ اللازمة لعقد هكذا صفقات.

وكان مسؤول روسي كشف نهاية الاسبوع الماضي عن احتمال اجراء العراق صفقة ثانية لشراء الاسلحة، تتضمن طائرات حربية مقاتلة ومدرعات ومعدات عسكرية.

وقال نائب مدير مركز الدراسات الستراتيجية والتكنولوجيات (قسطنطين ماكيينكو) في تصريح صحفي أن " الحديث يدور عن تزويد العراق بـ 30 مروحية من طراز (مي – 28) وكذلك 42 من نظام م/ط (بانتسير)، مرجحا توقيع الحزمة الثانية من الاتفاقيات لتوريد المقاتلات من طراز (ميغ 29) والمدرعات، ورأى ماكيينكو ان " هذه الخطط تدل على عزم الحكومة العراقية شراء الأسلحة الروسية بالرغم من الضغط الأميركي لأن العسكريين العراقيين معتادون على الاسلحة الروسية الصنع أكثر من أي سلاح آخر، وأشار ماكيينكو الى " انه وبحسب معلوماتنا ان روسيا قد تزود العراق بمقاتلات من طراز (سو) و(ميغ) ومروحيات قتالية (مي – 28) إضافة الى معدات عسكرية.

مبادرات عشائرية

وبهدف ايجاد حلول مناسبة من شانها ابعاد الانبار عن الخيار العسكري، اتخذت عشائر المحافظة جملة من الخطوات التي من شأنها التوصل الى تسويات سلمية، تعتمد بالدرجة الاساس على طرد مسلحي "داعش" من عموم الانبار، لاسيما الفلوجة.

فقد أعلن مجلس محافظة الانبار، امس الاحد، عن فتح جميع ابواب "سدة الفلوجة" من قبل عشائر الفلوجة والمناطق القريبة منها. وقال نائب رئيس مجلس محافظة الانبار فالح العيساوي في مؤتمر صحفي، إن "مجلس المحافظة أجرى اتصالات مكثفة مع شيوخ عشائر مدينة الفلوجة والمناطق المجاورة لها بشأن اغلاق بوابات سدة الفلوجة من قبل مسلحين تابعين "لداعش"، لمنع تدفق المياه عن مناطق وسط وجنوب العراق"، مبينا أن "شيوخ وابناء العشائر تمكنوا من فتح جميع أبواب السدة". وأضاف العيساوي أن "المياه بدأت تتدفق بشكل طبيعي عبر السدة بعد افتتاح بواباتها العشر". وكانت مديرية الموارد المائية في الانبار، نفت ما تناقلته بعض القنوات الفضائية بشان غلق البوابات الاربع في سدة الفلوجة مجددا والتي تم فتحها في الايام الماضية.وقال مدير الموارد المائية اياد عبد العزيز محمود في تصريح خص به "الصباح" ان البوابات الاربع التي تم فتحها قبل ايام في سدة الفلوجة على نهر الفرات لم يتم اغلاقها وانما تم فتح ثلاث بوابات أخرى ليصل العدد إلى سبع بوابات من أصل عشر.واضاف أن القناة الموحدة الاروائية في سدة الفلوجة والمتكونة من اربع فتحات تم غلق واحدة منها في وقت سابق وحاليا تم غلق قناتين ونصف لتبقى قناة ونصف مفتوحة ولا تسبب أي ضرار على المشاريع الاروائية أو تلفاً في المحاصيل الزراعية في مناطق ابو غريب واللطيفية واليوسفية والاسكندرية ، كما نفى ما تناقلته بعض القنوات الفضائية بشان قيام عناصر "داعش" بغلق البوابات في سدة الفلوجة أو استمرار الفيضانات أو الشح في المياه بالنسبة للمشاريع الزراعية، مؤكدا أن الوضح الحالي بالنسبة لسدة الفلوجة جيد ولا توجد أية معوقات أو مشاكل تذكر كما كان في وقت سابق .


انتصارات أمنية

في تلك الاثناء، قتلت القوات الامنية العشرات من عصابات "داعش" بينهم عرب الجنسية فيما تم تعزيز مدينة الرمادي بقطعات عسكرية اضافية من اجل تطهيرها من الارهابين.

وقال قائد شرطة الانبار اللواء اسماعيل المحلاوي خلال تصريح ادلى به لـ"الصباح" ان القوات الامنية قتلت خلال الايام الماضية في اشتباكات وعمليات عسكرية متعددة في بعض مناطق مدينة الرمادي 15 ارهابيا من تنظيم "داعش" بينهم كويتي وسعودي وافغاني، مبينا أن وزير الدفاع وجه بتعزيز القطعات العسكرية المتواجدة في الرمادي بستقدام فوجين إلى المدينة الأول فوج مغاوير الفرقة السابعة من منطقة البغدادي والاخر فوج المهات الخاصة من محافظة بابل.

واشار الى استمرار العمليات العسكرية في احياء الضباط والمعلمين والاندلس والحوز والملعب والاسكان القديمة والبكر، منوها بأن الطيران الجوي متواصل منذ يومين بتوجيه ضربات مكثفة اسفرت عن الحاق خسائر فادحة بما يعرف بتنظيم داعش ما جعلهم يحرقون اطارات السيارات بكثافة في أماكن مختلفة لحجب الرؤيا عنهم، كاشفا عن ان عملية عسكرية تجري حاليا في منطقة الحامضية شمال مدينة الرمادي لتطهيرها من الارهابيين.

كما قتلت القوات الامنية المسؤول العسكري عن "حماس العراق" المدعو "ابراهيم العيساوي" في عملية امنية نفذت صباح امس الأحد في منطقة الكرمة .

وقالت مصادر أمنية رفيعة المستوى لـ"المركز الخبري لشبكة الاعلام العراقي" إن" قوة امنية قتلت العيساوي المسؤول العسكري لحماس العراق التي تنشط في مدينة الفلوجة في عملية امنية استندت لمعلومات دقيقة ".

وأشارت المصادر إلى أن " العملية نفذت بدعم الطيران الجوي ونتج عنها قتل اربعة من مرافقيه ".

الى ذلك، أفاد مصدر في شرطة محافظة صلاح الدين، بأن قوة أمنية دمرت ثلاث سيارات تعود لتنظيم "داعش" في المحافظة.

وقال المصدر في حديث صحفي، إن "قوة من العمليات المشتركة دمرت، امس الاحد، ثلاث سيارات تابعة لتنظيم داعش الإرهابي قرب سدة سامراء وفي منطقة السجر".

وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه، أن "القوة مازالت ترصد حركات الجماعات المسلحة في تلك المنطقة".

Anyways, it says in Arabic they want to acquire 30 Mi-28 and 40 Mig-29. It also says something about an SU-fighter jet variant but nothing specific.

The only part they didn't made up of this article is that there is a new deal being negotiated, the rest has been made up the fill the article.

It also says the Mig-29's will come with a missile package and that Iraqi forces use Russian weapons more than anything else.

reports say MI 28 arrived 3 months ago while they now they say they arrive in June. The only part to be trusted is probably the 2nd deal since other sources mentioned it also, the rest shouldn't be trusted. maybe all of it is fake.

Nothing is official, I just read the article again and they make mention of some sort of indigenous weapons production at home. Maybe they're speaking about light arms licenses, not sure.

It just says a Russian official said this week that the negotiations with Russia are over those weapon systems. It also says Iraq is in the midst of negotiating with several nations for weapons systems.

As for the F16, you don't need those fighter jets right now. What Iraq is asking for at this moment is weapons to combat insurgents in the Anbar Province. So I think we will see an official weapons deal soon.

Mig-35 is evolution to Mig-29 why Iraq have not selected it or are there going to be any Trials later on...

SU-35 is a highly manoeuvrable heavy weight fighter but I think if Iraq acquaint with Migs/F-16s and later on order PAK-FA that would be a game changer in the region.

I doubt that Russia is willing to export the Su-35 to Iraq.

Russians would export it for money they need hard cash but than again it is our speculation perhaps Iraq is like a happy man who won prize bond and wants to spend on I want this and I want that, perhaps they fund PAK-FA and later on get those when their Air Force is good enough qualified they are in no hurry.
