Sure we do. But Vietnam businesses can’t sell because Russians can’t buy. The rubles are worthless. Putin cannot feed his population with weapons they need foods. They don’t have dollars, euros, yen, sterling, Singapore dollar, etc. ok they have yuan in China. If they transfer this money to Vietnam We will accept this chinese currency.
