Disregarding international laws regarding sea lanes and invading nations without building consensus are both actions that destroy your credibility as law abiding nations.

So the FIRST step is to stop destroying their own credibility and SECOND step is to start building their credibility. So you see, they are a LONG way off from anything that resembles credibility.

Im talking about credibility to do money transaction of union pay. What is it about polotical Credibility? Unionpay want to invest some money for new customers from Russia, which it thinks that it will get return on investment. Whai is this to do with your reasoning? Its their money. They buy what the see fit.

For example, i can wire money to pay my vendor. If Unionpay has been in biz for.long time(credibility here), and the bank that offer unionpay transaction is near my home, i just transfer money with Unionpay who is using newly built UnionSwap.

Both of them GIVE money on credit. They GIVE money, its not a bank where people deposit money based on trust. I don't see how that is the same.
