Pakistan needs to get Iran on board Pakistan’s interests. The best way to do so is give them more steady business then they get from an alternative partner. Pakistan should work on buying electricity from Iran, over new built transmission lines. Tie a larger share of Iran’s income to Pakistan then the likes of India. This would incentivize not only the economic growth of both nations but form a bilateral plan to economically stabilize Afghanistan, by building the infrastructure and factories to employ Afghan labor, and prevent a large migrant crisis.

Getting Iran away from India should be a top priority for Pak by helping them connect with a much more powerful and bigger market that is China

Until then relationship between Iran would be just nuetral at best
