You are comparing nuke war to communication war. Nuke war is suicide. Communication war is not. Whether use it or not depends on the war scale. The Ukraine war is supposed to be a regional conflict. Russia doesn't have the intention to expand the war outside Ukraine border. If US joins in the war, satellites of course would be the first target to be destoryed.

Armenia is very heavily armed and fully capable of defending itself. Also, Iran stated if Azerbaijan invades Armenia then Iran invades Azerbaijan.

This is Azerbaijan and Armenia's internationally recognized borders. Farrukh is within Azerbaijan. How can Azerbaijan or any other country occupy its own territory?

All kinds of provocations, all kinds of external threats that will geopardize the national security and border integrity of Azerbaijan adversely affect the stability of the region.

While peace bridges are being built and new economic corridors are being built, the source and reason of these sabotage attempts and threats are very clear.
