Do you consider opinion of Geo News about external debt more credible than that of World Bank? At least that what it looks like from your posts. However if World Bank data is credible third party data then according to World Bank, Pakistan's external debt is around $101 billion n 2021.

And then you can subtract $13 billion from this total foreign debt of Pakistan because PTI put $13 billion in the national treasury over the past 3 years which could be used to pay back loans if they'd like.

PPP faced worse situation than this in 2007 and 2010-2011 prices of international products was far more than right now.

Afghans have no dollars as their foreign reserves are seized by US, the only place where they can buy them is pakistan, dollar will gain more against rupee in future ... for the time being govt should take concrete actions to stop the dollars smuggling to Afghanistan
