These gurus founded wonderful things like yoga and ayurveda from this very Hindu philosophy, which today, science in western countries acknowledges.

You sadly seem to be someone who is more keen on colonial lies rather than what actually existed.

I say this because a lot of crap has also been said about my community and used it as a scapegoat to denigrate our Hindu brethren.

Ambedkar was a fine example of this colonial re-invention of Buddhism.

What has been made into myths and stories by Brit colonials was actually history. Which is why there are learnings from it and those cities exist today.

For example, the city of Lauhitya in today's Arunachal has been mentioned in Mahabharata as well as a Hindu scripture (I don't remember the name) where a guru named Parsuram bathed and prayed.

It is today near a location called Parasuramakund. The city has become today's town called Lohit. It exists.

So most of these things, whether Hindu or Buddhist or others is not myth. It is reality.

The Brits and other pesky invaders made it look like myths.

Science is just the magic that is proven, that's it. What was magic in 19th century is science today. Now take it all back to thousands of years.

Maybe one day in future, we will rediscover those 'magic's and term it as science again just like that.

Hindu study groups and PH.D in hinduism?People like Weby Donninger could hardly speak sanskrit ,some of them have not visited India nor are able to pronounce even Sanskrit or slokas properly and we are supposed to believe their theories?
These groups, organizations are well exposed by Rajiv Malhotra in his book "Breaking India" Oxford is one of them.
Do read "Breaking India" by Rajiv Malhotra 370 inr in flipkart. Tell me after reading that book.
