Roketsan Turkey to help Pakistan develop various missiles

Roketsan AS, Turkey is expected to assist Pakistan with various missiles
air-to-air
ground-to-ground
anti-tank UMTAS missile
OMTAS missile technology.
DOU (Document of understanding) has been signed between Pakistan and Turkey.

The DoU was also signed between the Air University Islamabad and Turkey’s Savunma Teknolojileri Muhendislik (STM) at a conference ‘Self-reliance through Research and Development’ organised by the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on the third day of the IDEAS 2018 at the Karachi Expo Centre. Under this DoU Turkey will help Pakistan improve cyber security of PAF.

If we all should be honest than Pakistan doesn't need any assistance in weapons development but we only need money assistance lolfor R&D than we have potential to do almost anything but we don't got money

Chinese and Turkish firms also signed MOU with Poland and Italy so Pakistan is using a mix of tech to bring all of them under one roof for FGFA probably?

Now it is very important to get the video of PAF conference to get full info and understand because these journalists reporting are not defence experts and they are breaking the speech in part of info.

Doing R&D takes time and assistance reduces it. Nothing bad in getting assistance and doing a jump start in development. It saves time which is most expensive commodity in defence.
