Right to vote for overseas Pakistanis

In my view only those Pakistanis be allowed right to vote who only hold Pakistani passport. Dual nationals can theoretically shed their Pakistani passport at any given time. So only those be allowed a stake in Pakistan's future who have an irrevocable part in country's fate.

As if rest of Pakistanis cast their vote maximum. Voters turn over has been remained 46% to 55% in last two decades. Making extra ordinary arrangements for overseas Pakistanis when you know the response. They may be enthusiast but this is what pattern and history shows. We can make a law of 80% compulsory turn over alongwith other election reforms.

voting rights should be people who are resident of pakistan... because will suffer direct consequence of what happens in election...
they can however allow postal voting for pakistani residents who happen to be overseas during election, but its not very practical in subcontinent.
