Its not as simple as product quality and price,especially for high priced military equipment. Its also about fiancial enablement and context. If Qatar and other Muslims keep buying weapons from Israel in dollars, thats more financial power to a country they have current issues with(Palestine). That doesnt support their non-financial regional and national objectives. Dont be so simple.

Governments take all options But that is not about quality and price it is about Israel government behaviour on unarmed Palestinians and their claims on west bank and more right wing policies
It is logical Muslim countries see their people feelings for supporting them
