George Washington was of view that the line between Officer and his Soldiers must never be crossed,and the Commanding officer must keep them at a distance.....the less they know about their CO's personality, the better......only then you can command your soldiers effectively ......hope you got my point

I have stopped exercising rating option thanks to your (and other mods/admin) biased reversals. As a member what goes on here is my concern. Instead of wasting your commanding energies on me, try to fix Bharati trolls. That will for sure make this PDF a better and livable place.

Even mods wont be helping since people are expected not to respond in a abusing manner even to abusive posts. Half of your workload is because of this guy.

I am,but since you believe that others than you are too dumb and biased,oh and not to forget big time idiots,threfore you are not seeing this.What you only see is bhartis did this,bhartis did that whereas I have to see both sides of coin.I have to take decisions with respect to consequences.You are making my job difficult un-intentionally by bossing me around,assuming that I am either too beghairat or too dumb to understand people,their context of post,etc.

Your job as TTA is to enounter with logic and reasoning rather then handing out negative ratings just like that-I am already reviewing your case regaridng @PoKeMon .I expected you to respond him like @TankMan was.Now if I will say something to you then again you will bombard me with justifications,ignoring and dis-respecting criteria and decisions taken by us...and if I reversed that,then you will consider this as huge insult.damn!

Very disappointing @PoKeMon .The case isn't exactly what you and @punit are projecting.You two are blaming entire intelligence agency,albeit the situation was completely different.See,you got your info from new channels while we have our own sources.
Be very careful next time before representing your analysis.Post 115 has been reversed while rest are not.I am sorry but @syedali73 have given well justified ratings in such cases.

Well; you have class.... as well as wisdom.
Wish I could say the same about some of the "title-holders" here. The Forum Mgmt needs to rethink on its policies/criteria that appoint and preserve them and their powers.
Maybe you would like to give that some thought ?
