Yes, it is, if you remind, I've accepted that pakistani poverty is still better. but if it declined sharp, Indian poverty declined sharper.
As I told before, we are improving at faster rates. Poverty is one of few human indicators, on which we are behind.
Like happened to HDI, Literacy, Education, GDP per capita, life expectancy etc. , same thing will happen to poverty.
