Why he isn't providing NOC, someone told me once that armed forces Pensioners have to provide alive certificate to MAG office every 3 to 6 month to get pension of Alive (which is more than what relative of deceased person get) so to check it, they require such NOCs aka alive certificate time to time which I think is painful for soldiers.

Not just Armed Forces officers but also every Government employee. My father is a retired professor he also does it. Soldier said he provides NOC they keep rejecting that NOC.

This doesn't make any sense why would they keep rejecting it -- something else is the issue I'm afraid.

Even in the US every year by father has to go to the SS Office to prove he's alive to get his retirement from government.
