Even in Pics you can observe difference in length and diameter of both missile. Nasr is much more sleek and shorter in length compared to most Ballistic missiles out there.

I'm not an expert but a faster travelling missile burns fuel faster. So I'm thinking the Nasr is a faster missile? Also, nuclear tipped missiles weigh more than regular missiles.

One more thing. It makes sense to make a battle field nuke out of stronger material so that a stray bullet doesn't make it explode.
