It was US policies dictated to Ukraine's coup regimes during the past decade which provoked Russia to attack Ukraine. weakening Russia is just an excuse, US turned Ukraine into a second Afghanistan and it's weapons manufacturers are benefiting from the conflict, majority of the European's increased military budget will go to US.
