you cant use boiled water for every thing and personal hygiene must become a habit ,but its very hard habit to acquire .

You always always boils / burn something properly before it gets used as food or even ointment / kitchen hand-wash soap..
Then you vacuum-seal that product to prevent re-infection.

I believe the eggs of this particular worm are very problematic. They are tiny and glue themselves to things so washing is not 100% effective. Even bleach is not effective. So if you grow some garden salad, tomatoes, etc you'll have to boil it.

it help remove the parasite egg . after that to kill bacteria like E-coli you must wash the vegetable with an Anti-Bacterial agent which are usually chlorine based like Perchlorine (which again is probably hard to come by in a country like north Korea)

it even harder than it seems but here we are talking about east asia which people eat many foods half cooked or even raw .

y the way cooked vegetables have a lot less nutrient than uncooked ones (well maybe except Tomato ,which while the cooked Tomato have less Vitamins because the cooking help release pigments like lycopene even if cooked it has considered amount of nutritional value.
