From recent posturing, it's obvious they're not just trying to be some-what a player in the defence industry, they're clearly aiming to be one of the best, and in for the long haul
Unless their venture into aero and defence completely goes bust in their face, they're going to be a serious player in not even 20 years time, I feel.
That's exactly what's worrying ...
Public can just ignore their products if it's not worth it.
Given their political back up, quality products from good companies may have to suffer in defence sector

Navy might have priorities , how long will it take reliance to convince MOD and navy to buy more of their products ?
