Reliance seems to be better connected in Russia, they have sought out the Russian firms and tied up with them and thus are reaping the rewards. Whilst TATA seems to be btter connected in Europe and N.America (tie ups with Boeing, Lockhead Martin, Airbus, Bombardiar etc etc).
