Regarding creation of new thread

Can mods enforce a rule where if you are "allegedly" posting a news, opinion of some person,....you must post a link?

Links from reputable sources are welcome.

One thing i learned in college is that Wikipedia is NOT a credible source since it can easily be manipulated.

If a thread is already on you can share the ideas from other forums, but you can't relay info and start a new thread based on someone's person opinion.......unless they are a certified professional.......for example Alan Warnes of AFM....etc
