The report has many pages where it stated they picked up many wrong people due to forced torture , people who were being tortured stated names just to end the torture , and in doing so completely innocent people were picked up (and probably they also were tortured) in some hidden torture facility

Well Human that kills on US soil , or a Person who kills on US soil not necessary a US citizen in end are people who commit crime of killing , so they should go thru proper system of determination of guilt and punished in civilized manner in Prison

a) Not rape
b) Not inventing a "so called word terrorist or this or that"
c) Not torture
d) What intelligence they won in end after the torture , not much
e) Does Geneva convention says yes feed prisoners via rectum or insert objects

You need to sober up and read everything that has been said. You rape someone you go to jail if you do it to a prisoner you get worse punishments, if you kill someone or withhold food or water you are torturing them and you if you have gotten permission from the Government to do all that then what differentiates one torturer from another.

Most of the Guatemala bay inmate were torture by the CIA but not all of them are terrorist.
