What about the airframe? I remember PAF mirages went under similar overhaul, not to forget that france was also helping in this regard, and we also bought new engines from libya, still the airframe were declining and PAF has faced some tough challenges to keep these birds alive, not to mention the high crash ration for these jets. I am still very doubtfull about the quality over the over haul performed by the iranians specially when US has stoped manufacturing the jet fearing, the parts could fall into the hands of iranians.
