It took mankind some 30 years to create ARVs after the AIDS virus first manifested itself. Whatever makes you think that if a supervirus which is capable of killing in say 2 days comes about, humanity will be able to discover a cure immediately ?

But , unless its a super chimera like Bulgarian viper venom creating bacteria or Ebolapox that exists in the Russian arsenal ,I do not think a virus will instantly overwhelm humanity.Most enhanced viruses/bacteria will need 4-5 days to kill the victim .The exception is Ebolapox whose mortality period is 8 hours.

Second ,intelligence would know if an virus is about to be unleashed as any such decision will not be performed by the enemy unless the enemy has innoculated himself. But if right NBC countermeasures are taken then good part of population should survive.Sadly the only nations that possess an exponential civil defense and underground nuclear shelter network are Russia,Israel and Switzerland.

I doubt.Most Russians hate the Jews and will move in and destroy them after that.After there has been a 1000 closet year war b/w Russia and Jews . And Israel is too small and its civil defense capabilities would/could be pounded away by nukes or conventional cruise missiles.

It will be Russian christian socialists cum bahai cum sufi cum swiss banking .something like that.
