The only reason Nawaz (and hence his family) got targeted is because he tried to make a change in the constitution. A positive one yes but the mullahs and army were never going to stand for it. It wasn’t for corruption.

Exactly absence of evidence of how property was made is indeed proof of guilt..

This is what is thought to be a "common law" a common law is actual common sense law its so old that even hazart Umar was asked 1400 years ago to prove his additional clothes....

instead of reminding him about the sacrifices for Islam and his companionship with the Prophet the Caliph explained in detail how he was able to have a complete dress

Hazrat Ali R.A accepted the verdict of the judge who took a verdict against him and awarded the armor to another claimant. Ali also didnt rant about his sacrifices to Islam and his companionship and his piety he handed over his armor as the court found his witnesses inadmissible

Alas, both Ali And Umer RA dont fit in Pakistan's morality code. these two honored personalities represented the society and people of Madina.
in these times Sherifs and Zardaris represent the people of Pakistan. devoid of shame or remorse.

today's drama staged by the Son in law of Nawaz boiled my blood (and I was shocked again although I should know better)

when he linked his arrest to Blasphemy law and dedicated his arrest to Honor of Prophet
how low and shameless one can get?

he was being arrested as a partner in crime to money laundering a thief and a liar and he was dedicating it to the honor of our Prophet. if this is not blasphemy then what is it? few months ago he tried to raise a controversy out of the blue about ahemdis and it was politically motivated to hit the army as there were rumors that current COAS had some relatives of Ahmedi faith. although COAS himself and his immediate family are Sunni Muslims but Noonies put this guy in the front start this controversy which never got any traction and there were no takers to his bullshit. but undetered he tried this again/

What I dont understand that why are people rejecting a "common law" ..the onus of proving properties income lays on defendant here not the state...
The only reason why somebody will not understand this is either has low IQ or is shameless

I simply want traitors hanged, whether they are in politics, the bureaucracy, armed forces or judiciary.

We can start with the people who brought us to where we are: Nawaz & Co, Zardari & Co and Musharraf & Co.

I believe corruption and abuse of power while in office should be considered treason and dealt with harshly.
