Prophets in general are manmade and accepted by man as those who have a message from god. We have so many including recent ones like Sai baba. There are millions of followers of these. Mostly they are good people trying to show the world a vision they think is generally beneficial to that society at that point in time. Buddha, jesus, Mohammad, Ahmad, Sai, sri sri ravishankar are all such type of prophets.
Nothing to be fanatical about.

Ahmadis dont suicide bomb others who believe differently. I have read a little and i dont see any difference between any of the prophets. They all teach us to be good. Some might differ slightly from other. The other thing is that everyone is manmade and they all depend on Us to accept them. If we dont accept them to be prophets then they are ordinary people. So the power is in our hands to make them prophets or not.
