Some Kashmiris of a specific religion and it's specific sect from the Valley are fighting for establishing an Islamic Caliphate there, they are not fighting for all Kashimiris, in fact they are fighting against all other non-Sunni-Muslim-Kashmiris. First, your figures of 700000 army deployment there is another fairytale. And the actual number armymen that are there is to control cross-border terrorism and to ensure safety and security of the Kashmiri's from minority communities as well as non-radicalized citizens of the majority community there.
