The money is not just for planes but administration too.Think of all the fuel costs of jets, army transportation , electricity etc.Running world's 6th largest armed forces is not a cheap job.Besides there was 100% increase in salaries of soldiers as well few months ago.This is not just WOT cost.Armed Forces even in normal times cost a lot let alone in a time where it is stretched between two fronts.
